Fine sand, clear water and a shoreline that feels entirely your own. Swim in the lagoon, then settle into a cabana or lounger for the afternoon. Beyond, the Marmara opens wide, with boats gliding across the water and Istanbul’s skyline always in sight.

Make a Splash
at the Edge of Water & Sky

At the water’s edge, the infinity pool slips into the horizon. Dip in and out of the water, laze beneath a parasol or retreat to a cabana, with something cool arriving just when you feel like it.

Private Dock

From Here, the Marmara Awaits

From our private jetty, step aboard a traditional lobster yacht and head out across the Marmara Sea. Swim in open water, anchor in a serene bay or have a table set for a picnic. The rest is left open.
